SHIPPING CHARGES FOR DELIVERY IN INDIA

We provide free shipping within India for all prepaid orders above INR 1500.00. For orders up to INR 1500.00, we have a nominal charge of INR 99.00 towards shipping and handling charges.You can pay us online via debit card, credit card, PayPal, net banking or bank transfer.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE INDIA

On international orders, we don’t provide cash on delivery option. Please note changing your shipping location during checkout will lead to loss of items in your shopping bag. In case of any lost item, we are not responsible for the loss.Currently we are unable to deliver in Bangladesh, Russia (tax ID required), North Korea and other such locations restricted for courier delivery by FedEx, DHL, TNT & UPS. In case you wish to place order for delivery in these countries we request you to please get in touch with our customer service team and they will be glad to help you with it.

OUR DELIVERY AND DISPATCH POLICY

We understand you are eagerly waiting for ordered styles to be delivered to you at the earliest. Our customer care & warehouse team works rigorously to ensure that we are able to bring smile on your face. Our team performs multiple rounds of quality check and ensures that we deliver you your ordered styles in perfectly packed QC checked condition in the least possible time.

We strive to dispatch your order in the earliest possible time however certain styles are procured and arranged from other locations and hence in few cases the dispatch timelines can extend up to 2 weeks. We will update you regarding the dispatch & delivery status of your order via email & SMS.

Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 2-4 business days depending on the pin code for delivery to happen within India and 3-10 business days for deliveries outside India. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may sometimes cause delay’s, however please be rest assured that our Customer care team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to your orders delivered at the earliest.

Our deliver partners will attempt to deliver the package up maximum up to 2 times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address including pin code and a valid mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES ON ORDERS

We don’t charge/collect any additional taxes or duties for orders which are meant to be delivered in India.

However, all orders which are to be delivered outside India, may be subject to country specific import duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Any additional charge towards import/custom duties & taxes if any may be levied by custom authority. These charges are borne by the receiver and HOT PINK has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actual. Custom policies may vary widely from country to country.

In case receiver fails to pay the asked Duties & taxes and doesn’t collect the order from the shipping partners, HOT PINK will not be liable for any refund amount on such orders.

When ordering from our website you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are ordering the goods.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at +91 9352178327 from Monday to Sunday between 11am to 6pm. You may also send an email on hotpinkcustomercare@gmail.com

Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

It is our endeavor to provide you with the best possible customer service and hence we permit returns and exchanges as long as the products are unused, unwashed, defective or damaged and are returned in sealable condition in with all original packaging and invoices.

You are required to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package on hotpinkcustomercare@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange, else the goods will be considered sold and no further requests will be entertained. We will revert to your email within 24-48 working hours with an appropriate solution.

REFUND

A refund will be issued to your original mode of payment in case of returned goods. In case of exchange, please mention the size you wish to receive as an exchange in the initial email. Exchange orders will be shipped upon receipt of the returned order.

Refund will be issued only for Indian orders within 7-10 working days from the date of pickup & mode of refund will be the original method of payment.

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.  

 

PLEASE NOTE

Please make a video or click picture as soon as you receive the order for proof in case of any miss happening. If you ever receive an open packet, please do not accept the package or if there is not expected item in your order please click a picture and inform us immediately at hotpinkcustomercare@gmail.com

If you are not able to provide us with the video/picture we will not be able to help you.

RETURNS

Every single piece designed & produced in The Hot Pink goes through stringent quality checks. Unevenness in colour & texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of handmade  processes.

Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you a store credit valid for three months. You can see our size chart here before making a purchase. All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us at hotpinkcustomercare@gmail.com within 24 hrs of receiving the order.  The cost of any exchange is to be borne by the customer.

We dispatched the order from Monday to Saturday. Once the order is placed we aim to dispatch the order in 2-3 working days. Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 2-4 business days depending on the pin code for delivery to happen within India and 3-10 business days for deliveries outside India.
